All specified requirements of the Quality Management System ISO 9001 are fulfilled.

ISO 14001 Enviromental Management System confirms the ongoing efforts that Unisto takes towards environment and fits to the high quality standards of the company.

ISO 17712 - Annex A -  Seal Manufacturers' Security-Related practise defines more than two dozen required themes, such as maintenance of quality assurance programs, facility risk assessment, seven year data retention programs for seals, and access control to production and storage areas. Unisto complies to all these points.

The International Seal Manufacturer's Association (ISMA) is open to all interested parties involved in the manufacture, distribution and use of Security Seals embracing mechanical disposable one-time use seals and electronic or mechanical re-usable seals. Membership depends on commitment to a Code of Ethics.

Unisto is member of ISMA.

2002/72/EC and its latest amendment 2007/19/EC are Council Directives published by the European Commission regulating plastic materials and articles intend to come into contact with foodstuffs.
